Welcome to Walnut Farms Homeowners Association

Walnut Farms is a residential community located in Summerville, SC.    If you are at the intersection of Dorchester Road and Rolling Meadows, you are at the entrance of Walnut Farms, an enclave of 175 properties located in Dorchester County outside the city limits of Summerville.

Summerville, SC is also known as Flowertown in the Pines, the birthplace of sweet tea, the annual Azalea Festival, and third Thursdays.

Kermit Mullinx, Alan Mulinax, and Sherwood Miler had a vision to develop Walnut Farms in the 1980s. They began work and Walnut Farms was established with homes by 1988. Phase I of Walnut Farms consists of a minimum of one acre lots with Phase II home sites being added in the 1990s.

We are governed by a set of covenants and by-laws under the auspices of a volunteer board of directors, elected by the community. The amenities of our neighborhood include well maintained wide roads, safe and quiet environment,  large wooded lots that are lovingly maintained by great neighbors.  All who value the natural beauty of both the plants and wildlife indigenous to this part of Dorchester County.

This website provides information from the Homeowners Association that includes: Upcoming Events, Newsletters, and Covenant information. Please enjoy our website and feel free to contact our HOA should there be information you need that is not included on our website.
